We offer a wide range of window options from Milgard, Jeld Wen, Marvin and more.  Although we mostly sell Milgard windows because of the ease of care after the installation (I.E.: warranty claims, and services) we can also provide you with nearly any product you need.  

Lets face it. Warranties happen. Sometimes things that are made by humans are imperfect. Glass units fail, vinyl cracks, locks break. What separates a good company from a great one in my opinion is how they handle warranties.  
I have worked with Milgard for many years as a contractor and as a consumer.  One thing I can tell you is that they make filing a warranty claim easy, quick and efficient.  Whereas some other manufacturers require a masters degree in engineering to navigate the warranty claims process.  That’s the main reason we mostly sell Milgard windows.  Great quality, easy to deal with.

In addition to the material manufacturers product warranties we here at A1E Exteriors LLC give you a full 5 year craftsmanship warranty on all products we provide.  Since most construction failures stem from improper installation, and almost always manifest within the first two years from install. We want you to rest assured that we will cover everything we do with no questions asked.
