Caroline M. Vancouver, WA We had an issue with our window not latching. It was the one thing that needed fixing before we sold our home. We asked Home Depot and while they were interested in helping, they didn't have a fix for our problem. The window was about 1/8" too low for the latch. Kelley came up with a clever solution to use as a shim to push the window forward, so that it would stay when tightened. We reached out in the morning and he was able to come out the same day to take a look. He fixed it on the spot! For a problem we had been worrying about for a few weeks, he solved it in minutes! He was prompt, responsive and personable. We will definitely use him in the future!
